“This Dollar tree carries a variety of things that will interest the crafts person, daycare provider or chef.
It is well organized and neat with available assistance from any of the staff members working there. You can feel pretty confident that the staff members know where things have been moved to. That makes it so much easier to shop and you don't feel guilty about asking questions for assistance.”
“First and foremost, corporate pay attention, 9/21/22 at 2:50pm, your staff were amazing here. Not a simple write off, I'm talking attentive, helpful, and great demeanor. I've worked management at two going on three companies now, without looking at their service history I can only say I will be coming back to a welcoming place such as this with great people. Even helping little old ladies out with their purchases... hard to find decent staff like this.Second, I understand it is your policy, but how dare you not let me tip or "leave behind" product (with receipt) for these fine people. I understand it cuts down on theft and potential drama. But this truly saddens me that it's become that strict. I hope this was a minor issue at this location and not your companies norm.Third, I have been to 5 of your locations, this may have been a rough day as though the store was orderly, there were lots of product still to be stocked and techs working. Next visit (on a different day) I'll bump this up to 5 stars. However, this location is a positive example compared to others in the Binghamton area. It maybe partially due to location, but this one has by far the most put together I've seen. Penn Ave comes close but the others are blatantly shamed by comparison to these two.Thank you for your time, have a great day.”

“I like how close this one is to my place so I don't have to walk far. I do wish they had a bigger selection of female shoes and sometimes clothing, and I also couldn't find thumb tacks here, either. Other than that I love this family dollar. Lots of good snacks, huge selection of hair dyes, products and shampoo/conditioner, which is super important to us females. Makeup and nail stuff is now being held behind the counter and im glad they did because so much stuff was being obviously stolen. Usually it smells amazing in there as well.”

“This is a great stop for locals, Michael the manager takes the best care of his store. There aren't boxes blocking every aisle like the Binghamton ones, he takes pride in keeping his pathways clear, he takes pride in knowing his inventory, he even takes pride in his clean windows, all things I've observed because I live in Conklin and I'm a business owner, it is so refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the store and it's customers!! I'll always return to this store first before checking out any other local places for necessities!!”
