“This branch in Cooperstown is fantastic! Greeting with smiles and hellos when I walked in the door and Christina was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and knowledgeable and able to help issue a new card immediately for our business. Will definitely recommend this bank to other business owners if ever asked for a recommendation. THANK YOU WAYNE BANK”

“I"ve been an account holder here for more than a decade and had the most incredible customer service- from the bank manager to the cashier staff. All super nice and efficient. Plus- the bank itself is ancient and one of the coolest banks ever! The huge old vault on view is incredible- all the decoration is 1920's, marble and brass, high ceilings etc. Like a step back in time”

“9/5/2024-Consistently excellent customer service since 1983, under different bank owners. Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterday's cashier that I did not get her name yet. Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well. Carl”
