Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and will not be using this branch again. There are ways to address customers respectfully, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management takes steps to improve the level of service provided.

NBT Banks are the worst banks ever! Wont cash a legitimate check if you dont have matching funds, unbelievable. Avoid at all costs!

9/5/2024-Consistently excellent customer service since 1983, under different bank owners. Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterday's cashier that I did not get her name yet. Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well. Carl
