I have been living in Bunt Commons Ii for 15 years. Sergio, Tony and the rest of the Maintenance team have always been very helpful and kind to me.They respond to my complaints quickly and efficiently and are always very helpful. Thank you, guys!

I'm living here 6 months and have experience non concerns for my concerns from when I went to the office to let Kate know someone was in my parking spot I was told just block them in which is not sloving my problem. where's the tow truck I'm paying to be there. unless your Caucasian they can care less, another incident my family member had to argue with an resident in #171 John Hauser a Caucasian man over a blank spot that didn't belong to him or anyone else because he feels there's no need to use his marked numbered spot so he takes up a blank spot while his spot stays empty, Well I'm on vacation as I'm writing and this morning I'm getting calls from Kate and Emails to move the Infiniti out of the blank parking spot my family member complied had to find a spot, then we see there making the blank spot to a no spot when theres already limited spots in the parking lot due to trailers and unregistered uninsured uninspecticed vehicles all in the parking lot making it harder to find a spot to park in if your a family of 2, well due to John Hauser #171 complaining that his spot is narrow sergio was given instructions to make John spot wider and get rid of the blank spot, we noticed how he always parked in the blank spot instead of his numbered spot they did this because a black american started parking in the blank spot that John wanted to park in and thats why he started an argument with my family because he doesn't want any other cars next to him and didn't want anyone to park in the blank spot so they accommodated this Caucasian man's concerns by eliminating a blank spot to make his parking spot #171 wider by using the blank spot to do so, this effects all that may have needed a spot didn't realize certain people get special treatment at this complex he's Caucasian, blacks Americans concerns don't matter this elimination of a blank spot to make the spot wider for 171 was well thought out and is not per town of babylon as i was told via property management it was due to race and they cater to Caucasians only. Can't wait to move. JOHN HAUSER must own the parking lot.Look at the photos how 171 would park when ever my family parked there we complained and nothing was said he would park so close to the vehicle well now no worries now the corrupt system of the management works for him. This is an update the apartments are full of mold , and they are very drafty. The heat doesn't work sufficiently. The mold is showing all on the bottom outside of the building, and we may need to call the health department.If you want your vehicle scratched up because you parked in a blank spot that someone else wants, when they all are first come, first serve then move to bunt commons your new vehicle will be scratched on purpose

Bunt Commons II has been a wonderful place to call home for almost 6 years at the time of this posting. The entire staff maintenance and the property manager here Kate has been wonderful. Tony is one of the maintenance men here I don't know the names of the others that have helped me but I do know Tony and he's wonderful. Every maintenance man who has helped me has been wonderful. Kate has been wonderful. And I thank them all for everything they've done during my residency here my home for almost 6 years now.

Thank you to the Bunt Commons Team that take such good care of all of the residents! The grounds are kept beautifully and the maintenance team provide prompt and professional service to solve any issues. I am happy to call Bunt Commons II home!

Recently moved here out of state, sight unsceen and I am beyond pleased with everything. The apartment unit is nicer than I could have imagined. It is quiet, safe, and friendly. Kate took care of me, she takes care of everyone.

Been here in this apartment complex for 4 years and it has been great. Management and maintenance staffs onsite responded to service very quickly. Complex landscape and cleanliness is excellent. Been enjoying my staying here so far. - Management, keep up the good work.

I really enjoyed living at Bunt Commons II. Kate and the team are great. The complex is quiet and peaceful. My only regret is that I did not move there sooner.

Nice and well maintained place to live. The property manager Kate is great to work with. She is very attentive and always replies quickly to any questions I had. She has been nothing but kind and professional. Tony from maintenance was quick to handle any repairs or requests i had. Overall very satisfied with the property

I am extremely satisfied with the expert service and support that have received from Kate Bosch, the Property Manager. She is professional and follows-up immediately with any issues or questions that I may have. When she became aware of my disabilities, she diligently searched for a first floor accommodation and I am truly happy with my apartment. Thank You Kate!!

This is a beautifully run and managed residence community. I have lived here five years and am very satisfied. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments are attractive. Any concern or repair request made to management has been responded to within 24 hrs. Very impressive!

It is very rare that I give a bad review but I found Kate rude and unaccommodating. The type of person who always acts likes it is an inconvenience when you ask for something or even a question. Just a general nasty, bad attitude. She literally came out of the office screaming like a maniac once because I had the audacity to just knock on her office door. The main office staff at Eagle Rock is just as bad.I Had a refrigerator that sounded like a train was running in my apartment and had to keep asking them to replace it for about 5 months. They also made you feel like you were putting them out. Also...lived there for a year and got hammered for over $200 for a water and sewer surcharge that they neatly tuck away in the fine print. Then $175 more for cleaning when I moved out...even though I left the place immaculate. So keep an eye out for those little things they secretly hide in the body of the lease that you electronically sign. Just a really shady way to do business. I do have to say that the maintenance staff is great however. A great bunch of guys. Always willing to help with a smile. Management should take a lesson from them.

I have lived in this magnificent complex for four years and I absolutely love it!! The office manager Kate is more than that; she is very personable and highly professional! And the maintenance staff (Sergio, Tony, José and Ramon) work tirelessly and efficiently in EVERY task they undertake! One phone call is all it takes to get complete satisfaction! I would highly recommend this complex!!!

So happy at Bunt Commons 1. The apartments and grounds are maintained beautifully. The location is great also. Kate Bosch from Eagle Rock has been amazing. The communication via email and telephone is top notch.....thorough and questions always answered in a timely manner.Happy to call Bunt Commons 1 home!
