“I’ve been to this location three times in the past few months and Stephanie has helped me each time. She is very patient and answers any questions you may have. It seems like she is always working by herself but she doesn’t stop moving and you don’t have to wait long at all, even for walk-ins. It’s a great location and will be my go to for bloodwork from now on!”

“Linda is absolutely amazing. This is my second time bringing my small children (18m and almost 4) and Linda is so quick and accurate. As an activity that is dreaded because who wants to hold their children down while trying to get a needle in a tiny vain, she makes the entire experience seamless! We were in and out in 10 minutes, maybe less with minimal tears. The entire blood draw for both kids took 5 minutes, tops.”

“I went to Quest and Labcorp first. Both had extremely long wait times and very tiny waiting rooms that just looked dirty. Sunrise had no wait, clean and spacious waiting area AND friendly staff members greeting patients. I had such a great experience, and even told the woman taking my blood that it was the best blood work experience I’ve ever had. I really mean that. Definitely will be back in the future!”
“The customer service experience was exceptional. Shereece was the person who greeted me and provided the service. she was very transparent and with her being aware and alert she noticed i was in distress . She explained to me what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, while setting me at ease. However the most amazing part was when she took my blood i did not feel the needle at all. Im a bariatric patent and most technicians have issues getting blood from my vein or even locating a vein. Im usually left bruised up and in paid. Shereece had no problems at all. Her technique was efficient and effective. I was in such aww with her performance and customer service skills.. she definitely needs to be training others. I highly recommend sunrise labs thus far.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. “This place is the best! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes with no appointment. They immediately greet you and check yourself paperwork. The lab techs are friendly and professional. Sadly my insurance changed and I’m back at Quest hell.”
“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

“I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews. The new employees are really kind and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place for anything you need!”
“My visit was an pretty good experience, but they heavily rely on online appointments and an in house kiosk for self check-in ( there is no other way to checkin). For this reason, here is no one at the front desk to ask questions for get some guidance from, so it took some time to get a staff member to stop and ask my question. But they were very helpful and kind once I was able to ask and during my appointment.I'd recommend making an appointment online for the best and fastest experience. Quest seems to be designed to function best this way.”

“Truly grateful for this team. Walked in for a lab visit and was seen despite there being limited staff available. Had to wait of course, but it was only about 30 minutes or so. Christine drew blood from my daughter (just over two years old) and dealt with her being rather upset with a calm professionalism that I both admire and appreciate! My family and I will be returning here for ongoing needs for sure.”

“I just got back from Quest in Seaford. I was nervous going there as I read a lot of negative reviews. They were wrong! They took me at my appointment time. Check in was simple. Erika was wonderful! I had a lot of paperwork she had to deal with. I needed 16 vials of blood! Not only was Erika patient about all the paperwork, she got my vein on the first try! I am usually very difficult to get a vein. I give Erika and Quest 5 star rating!”
“This was my first time here. At first, you have to scan your QR code or verify your appointment using a kiosk. They give you several options. It's fairly simple and fast. I was called a few minutes later. The process was quick. My phlebotomist was named Melissa and she was very professional. She was able to draw blood painlessly which was nice. Other labs like Enzo had inexperienced staff who made you feel like a pin cushion. That was not the case here. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Granted, I did have an early appointment but it's better to get up early than wait around.The office is located on the 2nd floor next to the bagel shop. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place to get your blood work done.”

“First off, MEDICARE FOR ALL!! TO CALL WHAT WE HAVE A HEALTH CARE "SYSTEM" IS LAUGHABLY CRUEL. I went to another unnamed in network lab that I usually go to with two lab scripts from two of my different doctors, one from an in-network provider and one from an out-of-network provider. Even though the lab I usually go to is in network they refused to do the lab script for a doctor that was out of network. I protested saying that that's insane because the lab I'm currently at and talking to is you; you are in network and you are performing the services as an in network lab!! Why does it matter that the script is from and out of network provider?? Anyway, I went to northwell Labs as a walk-in and explain my issue and even the urgency of my getting the lab work done quickly. They were amazing!!! Everyone was kind competent and more than willing to go out of the way to help me out of the situation. Don't go anywhere else!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.”
