I went twice, both times the people were rude. The first time the blonde girl, she was talking on her phone all the time even when I asked her something, the second time the guy had me waiting like 25 minutes and no one else was there.

They went above and beyond to help me. I was ripped off by the different carrier but this MetroPcs store gave me the best deal and I even got a new phone free. Thanks guys you rock.

I call million times before I get there because they always do something and I have to wait I call in lunch time and they never pick up the phone so lazy people never going there again!!??
