Very knowledgeable store regarding the aquarium hobby. Their selection of fish is awesome, but I give the upper hand to the selection of marine fish.The staff is very friendly and helpful always ready to answer your questions. For that reason I gave it five stars.

The product I ordered was out of stock. They let me know and gave me options, all of which was reasonable. I choose to wait on the item, which is difficult to find and has a long lead time. They promptly notified me when it was once again available and it came in rocket mail. Quality costumer service.

this is my second visit to this place since they moved from Copiague where I brought my Yorkie poo and a lot of tropical fish. this place is a lot smaller but they still have a large quantity of pet supplies to choose from.many different types of dog and cat food and supplies.the young lady at the cash register was very helpful helping me find what I was looking for.

Very good people! I am writing this review based on great customer service I received from Julia on the phone and in person. I called looking for fish food (clams on a half shell) that there has been a shortage on getting anywhere. Julia called her warehouse and got me 2 bags delivered to the store for my puffer fish who will not eat any other brand. She also held them for me overnight because we had a storm. I picked them up today and Julia is just as nice in person. I am so grateful! There is a nice guy named Joe who works in the fish area we chatted and he is awesome! They will always have my business. Thank you again!

I couldn’t have been happier with the service I got. This was a small, online purchase and they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out well. These are the kinds of places we need to be supporting…you won’t get this service, kindness and caring from a big box store or Amazon. I am so grateful there are still places like this around!

The BEST place for cheap plants and fish! The store itself is very clean and the tanks are so beautiful, plus they always have a big variety. all the staff are welcoming and helpful!

Horrible customer service. I went to this store and purchased some gravel to setup a tank for my grandson. I purchased an extra bag so we made sure we have enough. The next day we returned the one bag as it was not needed. The store refused to accept the return. The store manager wouldn't even have a conversation about the return. Knowing that he was the one that sold me the gravel in the first place. Totally lost a customer that was planning to return to purchase fish and other items needed. Now we are left finding a new pet shop. Just horrible over a 20 dollar bag of sand.

Words can't describe how awesome this place is. They never fail with satisfying their customers. Whatever we need as a business they got it or if not they will go above and beyond for the customers. As a business owner I've been shopping here for years and the level of their professionalism and keeping the customer happy is always 100%.Tina is a doll and I wouldn't know what to do without her. I drove about an hour to get to the pet store. I was looking for a fish tank, a corner bow tank. Unfortunately, they didn't have one. However, when I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant welcome. The two young ladies were knowledgeable and very helpful. I decided to purchase some fish. It was worth the hour ?.
