“Everything was perfect from beginning to end. It was a surprise Birthday celebration for a very special friend. Brenda the event planner was great and very informative and she guided me through the planning so everything went smooth. Julie our Artist/instructor was so fun her music playlist was on point and she was very patient and always willing to help. She even played a Card Trivia game with the class which some of us won prizes. I would definitely recommend painting with a twist.”
“We had our daughters 7th birthday there. It was the best birthday we've ever had for her. They took care of everything, so friendly, so accommodating, eager to help every kid. She loved, her friends loved it and most important the parents stayed and loved it. This place stands out when it comes to indoor birthday parties, it was different and fun. “Amazing experience for my daughter. She has taken Miss Pam’s crafting club and art club classes. Her confidence in her artwork has grown tremendously, as a result of these classes. She’s made lovely keepsakes that she feels proud of. Can’t say enough good things about mini Monet, the classes, birthday parties, the open studio, crafting supplies and more that Pam offers. Great spot for kids and adults! Love it here”

“We hired the New York Dart Zone's Mobile Unit to host a Party for our 9 year old son and 23 other boys. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from booking to executing. The mobile unit staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They ran a fantastic party. The boys had such a great time! Strongly recommend this crew.”
“Its a great place to rent especially if you are on a budget, its very beautiful when you decorate it right. I personally had a beautiful wedding and loved everything. The only thing I will say is that dealing with the renter is hard because there is very little communication and shes very hard to reach, so if you don’t mind that then its perfect for you. I do feel like some of the lights need to be replaced and it could use a really nice polish, but like I said, I loved it.”
“Absolutely amazing staff. "Beer garden" was fantastic! A bunch of outdoor games all well maintained and each fun in their own right. Mini golf course was interesting as well, more traditional then whimsical, but fun to play. Great day for families or friends”
“Love this place but just 2 “negative” things are it’s bit expensive to be honest but what isn’t nowadays? As well as, it’s a bit bizarre that they close at 6 everyday . I’d be their best paying customer had they been open later especially since I live up the block. I can’t tell you how many other family members and friends have said the same over the years .Most people don’t get off work until 5/6. Hoping the owner sees this and can possibly reconsider their hours . :( on a more positive note , it is very clean & full of things to do for all ages including he toddler area , the games , blow up bounce houses & the actual play structure for all ages .I even find it fun to slide down the slides with my kids and crawl through the tunnels etc lol”

“Reserved a suite for my lady's birthday and wanted to add a few items and decor to the room before we both checked in. I called and spoke to a manager, she said to call back the day of check-in . I did so and talked to a Andrew I believe at about 330pm the day of check-in, he stated we don't do that here ever was his second time reply. I informed him I spoke to someone several days ago , and he responded the same as if I were a inconvenience. Are you sure I insisted and the response was the same. So I ended with fine! , ok, I will be there later. A bit disappointed at the lack of communication between people who work there. Also it seemed as if I was a bother to the person who is suppose to be a customer service, front desk individual. May or may not be back , that was out 1st time visitRooms: The suite was very spacious and very clean.”
“My husband and I went for the music and to meet some friends. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. The staff was amazing. Felix was our server, and even though he was busy, he came and checked on us throughout the night.”
“The waitress came to us the moment we got to our lane. We said we didn't need anything just yet. She never came back. We had to get our drinks ourselves from the bar. And when we were done w our last game we tried to take a picture of our scores but they reset us so quickly that we missed it. Before we were done putting our shoes back on, new players were coming to our lane ?♀️ they had not even made sure that we had left & that our space was clean for the next ppl. I still give it 4 stars as a general rating bc of their leather benches and overall friendly atmosphere.”
“Lou Gramm concert 8/26/2023Went to the concert and was charged $30.00 cash only for parking. I did not read this anywhere when I bought the tickets online. Some customers turning around to go get cash.Had bugs flying around.. winged gnat or something - Lots of them. They dispersed when the music started playing.The concert area was nice. Concession stands, lawn area, etc.”
“Good solid place with nice service and pretty standard everything else. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. It can get a little noisy from other rooms and the highway that passes by.”
“The Hilton Garden Inn MacArthur Airport is overall a great hotel! The only complaints I could have is some minor things that need fixing in the rooms like a the bathroom door could use some new paint and some repairs of chipping on the middle bed side shelf. This is a great place for businesses trips as they provide you with a in room Ethernet connection. There is no communal business center as it mentions on their website. There is just a printer but no computers but there is plenty of space to set up your computer in your room and to connect to the WiFi through the Ethernet. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, they have a snack place for snacks for purchase and even a restaurant! The only thing that would make this hotel the best ever is an indoor pool! That would make an amazing addition. It would be great if they would include the breakfast and parking in the price of your room. This hotel is also very pet friendly!Safety: The safety is top notch with the main doors to the lobby being locked through the main hours of the night and all other entrances locked 24/7 where you have to have a keycard to unlock it. The only thing that I could note is it seemed like the windows in the hallways and the room could be opened.Food & drinks: They had many options in the little snack shop in the lobby and a full restaurant also.”

“I get it. You see the outside, and you think it is run down and not taken care of or even possibly closed. Well, it's open. The inside is very clean and maintained and safe for kids to go to. I went there today, and I was happy with my experience. The lanes are well maintained, and the staff there is very accommodating and helpful. It's also fairly cheap compared to other Bowling Alleys around the area. Recommend 100%”
