“As far as banks go, this BoA branch is a clear five stars based on location, access and the amazing staff. They were just outstanding. I was travelling and needed to send out a couple of checks... The only problem was that I did not bring a checkbook, envelopes or stamps. The lovely, incredible Dina took care of us. I explained what I needed and in just minutes she created the two checks that we needed and even put them in envelopes, all with a smile on her face. When she saw that it was going to Kiwanisk she proceeded to tell me the story of how one of our Kiwanis clubs helped her family May not seem like a big deal but her ability to meet, greet and speak with customers was wonderful. I let the bank manager know our wonderful experience here and just how impressed we were with her branch. It was a short walk to he post office were we finished our task.KUDOs to the team at BoA in Saratoga Springs!!!”
