“Actually this is a review about a car that I in the end didn't buy from Craig. I put a $300 deposit on a great car at a good price, but I live in Rochester and needed to stay with a more local purchase. I was ready to kiss my $300 goodbye, but was happy to see it returned to my amex card just a few days later. BTW, there are three similar dealerships in a row at his location, and some negative reviews were mistakenly applied to Craig's Google listing.”
“I am so impressed with Kyle! He has been my go to parts guy for a few projects now. Finding differentials for a 2024 Nissan frontier was no easy task but somehow he managed to find me exactly what I needed and at a much better price and quality than offered anywhere else, and they arrived in a timely manner! The transmission I purchased for my 04 ford was great. I recommend engines and transmissions to anyone looking for any parts! “The "Lo Tire" light on my vehicle came on Friday night and I was concerned because I had to take a road trip Saturday night and the it's been snowing all morning. I found the shop online and saw it's open all day Saturday. I called and the sales person said I could bring my car in and not have to make an appointment. The service was quick and friendly(I even got a courtesy shuttle back and forth to my house). The service was done in less time than was quoted and cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be going there again.”

“Ok, so I had a complicated case. My van was due for inspection and I was getting nowhere by going to different shops in the area who just played guessing games or threw parts at it to no avail. I was getting very frustrated and ready to give up when a friend mentioned Klopps. The technician Joey not only properly diagnosed my vehicle he also took the time to properly explain what was going on through the process and answered any questions I had. I was completely surprised he got it to pass inspection! You guys saved my car! Thank you for going above and beyond!”
