We were initially charged approximately $100 for labor and told that unfortunately they would not be able to get the parts to repair our car. I objected to this, and spoke with the manager, who reasonably agreed to a refund. I am happy with this resolution, though it's unfortunate that we were charged in the first place.

I had a very pleasant experience at Goodyear. They were very friendly and helpful answering my questions. They had a new gentleman that was very nice in helping us get our Subaru in same day to have our tires changed after getting a flat and having it towed to your garage. 10 out of 10 recommend.
