The "Lo Tire" light on my vehicle came on Friday night and I was concerned because I had to take a road trip Saturday night and the it's been snowing all morning. I found the shop online and saw it's open all day Saturday. I called and the sales person said I could bring my car in and not have to make an appointment. The service was quick and friendly(I even got a courtesy shuttle back and forth to my house). The service was done in less time than was quoted and cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be going there again.

Left my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection on Thursday morning. I said I was able to pick it up as late as Friday evening if needed. I had it back Thursday before dinner. I worked primarily with Mike, Tyler was the tech. Needed new wiper blades and Mike was transparent with prices and options. I’ve been using this place for over a year with multiple vehicles and have only good things to say.

I brought my 15 year old Versa in for inspection. Unfortunately, it was unable to pass inspection due to the frame being rusted out severely. The staff at Corning, New York Goodyear was totally professional and respectful, and to my surprise, there was no charge, even though they had some time and labor involved.I give them my highest recommendation, based on their integrity.

Goodyear Corning New York is extremely reputable place to take your vehicle any time of the year. I have personally trusted them with my vehicle for oils changes, installation of tires with balancing and rotations included, along with tire pressure checks and retorques of lug nuts. I have even recommended family and friends to stop down to Goodyear, every time leaving with satisfaction and awareness of what’s going on with their vehicle. They are not only known for their tires, but for various other jobs as well including however not limited to brake’s replacements, alignment, transmission flushes, oil changes, New York State inspection, and many more. Goodyear is easy to work into a busy schedule due to great customer service and flexibility with scheduling or even walk-ins. It also helps they’re open six days a week, Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 6pm; even some various holidays (hours change for holidays). A few employees that stand out and go the extra mile are Roland, Mike (Michael), Amy, Tyler, Ray Jr., and Alex. The only downside is they are in desperate need of a new parking lot, due to the running joke of lake Goodyear. Stop in and experience Goodyear for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Couldn’t be more please with my experience in the store, now in my 2nd set of tires from Roland and Ryan thank you all again for the incredible work you all do for your customers everyday. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.And special thank you to Spencer for making sure my truck was safe and had adequate brakes for my long trip to Ohio

A few days ago I went into Goodyear in Corning trying to figure out a good set of winter tires for me and my mom. Mike B was able to assist. He was so professional, understanding & gave us all options that ranged into our price range. The service was quick and easy and we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend Goodyear in Corning for your future service jobs!

I ordered tires online and was given a date and time to have them installed. I called the morning the day of to make sure everything was set and the lady said yes. I show up a few minutes before the appointment and over an hour went by without my car being brought in the garage. There was one other person waiting and when I asked how long until I'd be out of there, they told me there wasn't room in the garage yet. How is that possible when there was literally one other person waiting? The guy, Brian, reacted like I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment and pointed to other people in the waiting room saying they all had appointments and cars in the garage, but he didn't realize I'd been there long enough to know that the second person in the waiting room was parked out front asking questions and the other I'm pretty sure was an employee on break given he was wearing their uniform. At that time the desk lady was on lunch, so he didn't know who was who. Then, a little after waiting an hour, they tell me that they don't even have the tires I ordered. I wasted a half day off work for nothing. Also, just FYI that the website offered an alignment for something like $75 and I didn't select it, but then they emailed me a $20 off voucher and I was like, score! Then I got there and gave the lady the coupon and she said alignments were $100. So it was going to cost more than if I selected the option online. Such a frustrating experience.

I stopped at Goodyear In Corning on my way from Buffalo to Scranton. I must have picked something up in my tire. Michael and his team were able to set me up with a new set of tires. He was very kind & helpful during the whole experience. 10/10 highly recommend to all my friends and family!

The Goodyear Tire Centre in Corning, NY provided us with exceptional service. We travelled from Ontario, Canada and stayed in Corning on our way to an event in Lancaster, PN. We brought our vehicle to Goodyear to replace a flat tire. They did not have that size in stock but sent a driver to get two front tires from the Goodyear store in Ithaca. They provided prompt service and we were able to get back on the road and make it to our event in Lancaster on time. Thanks so much, Goodyear Corning, for helping us on our way!
