“I had a piece of mail redirected from Monroe to Herriman. The two people at the front desk were absolutely amazing very helpful and we’re able to provide in my mail that was imperative that I receive it accidentally went from Monroe to Herriman and they had it and they were very polite kind and I give them five stars just wanted to say it’s also very clean and nice in there. The staff was great.”
“Huge shout-out to Joanne - who went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we had a couple items sent to an address in Beacon where mail delivery had been temporarily put on hold. When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. The delivery people are friendly, the post office employees are very kind and willing to work with you, and they are able to adjust during extenuating circumstances. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after New Windsor post office received it from the area distribution center.
