Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him questions. Great service !He was able to resolve my problem with little issue. Would definitely go again whenever I have a problem with my iPhone or iPad.

Nice receptionist although very busy and long wait time due to a lot of people coming in I would say overall decent experience.

Took my son in to have his eyes examined and order new glasses. We were greeted immediately when we entered the store. The appointment was quick and to the point...they explained everything and answered all my questions. They we even nice enough to adjust & clean my sons old glasses.
