“I went to Metro on 57th Avenue near Junction Boulevard for two separate services: replacing my old phone and getting unlimited home WiFi. Alejandra got me through both detailed processes like a champ while maintaining total courtesy and expertly juggling the needs of other customers who came in during my visit. Way to go, Alejandra!”

“The new staff at Metro are so much better, and they’re all really nice and welcoming! They’re very friendly, helpful, and actually take the time to explain the deals and make sure you’re getting the best offer. The deals are also really good right now, and I feel like the whole experience is much better than before. Everyone is much more helpful and makes you feel comfortable when you’re there. ❤”

“Been a customer for over 20 years. Andrew the owner is terrific. I've lived in Little Neck for about that time and when he moved his location to Jamaica Ave . Started frequenting another store because it was closer. Went back when the more convenient store tried to sell me items I didn't need and were not that knowledgeable about problems that would occasionally arise .Andrew is great as are his staff.”
