Set up an appointment, and they followed through without any hiccups. The whole process was smooth, and my pup looked great afterward. It’s nice to have reliable service over here in Bayside. Definitely glad I switched.”

“This is a wonderful small business with very personable service and I have been going out of my way to support them for over 15 years living uptown here. I just wish they would finish their website so we can order online instead of calling! first because Chewy is probably decimating them and second because it truly would make it easier for me to place weekly orders. (I believe Shopify is not that expensive to set up for a small biz like this.) The ROV would be substantial. They absolutely must come up with a plan to incentivize customers. Some of their prices are comparable to or even slightly better than Chewy but some products are not competitively priced at all (to say the least). They need to do their research on that as well. Anyway, I really want them and other small businesses in the neighborhood to survive and thrive, but it's time for them to make a marketing move and improve our experience.”

They have a huge variety of food, toys, treats, etc. if they sell the brand but don’t have th specific item you’re looking for ask the owner and he’ll order it in for you. Really great guys. “I rarely write reviews, so when I do, it’s because the experience is truly authentic. First off, this place is an absolute gem! We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. We were a little worried about bringing our pit bull, but there was absolutely no judgment. The owner was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable about different dog breeds, which made us feel even more comfortable. They have both a human menu and a dog menu, making it the perfect brunch spot for you and your pup. The coffee was delicious, and my Foxy absolutely loved her doggy treat! OMG, this place is beyond amazing!!!! We will definitely be back next week!!! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re truly missing out!”

They have lots of stuff for cats & dogs & birds upstairs, and a basement with a fantastic selection of healthy fish, reptiles, snails, shrimp, and a few small hamsters etc. Truly a one stop shop! Plus the staff are extremely helpful and friendly (one runs the upstairs and one runs the downstairs) and you know they know what they're doing since there's a resident cat, parrot, and tortoise to hang out with!”

“My mother and I have struggled with getting her senior dog, Zoey, to a vet. Over the years, she became more difficult to groom as she is getting older now and her body is aging. We used to have success at home with groomit however the last two people were unable to finish grooming her. Even petco was not able to do it. Zoey is a sweet girl and all she needs is patience. When I contacted Kim, she did not hesitate to schedule Zoey and showed care and compassion when I shared our story. I say all this to say that Unleashed Spa Pet Grooming is the best place for grooming! Not only did they do a great job, they were extremely loving and patient with us.
