bro the people who work they’re are awful, I came to pick up a package but there was an issue about it and when I tried to explain it to them, all they’re telling me is that no that they need this and that and I’m like asking them what can I do but they’re not even listening or paying attention, all the employees are not even doing their jobs they’re just talking to each other. Thats so hella frustrating, they just gave me a note to do something IVE ALREADY DONE. THEY DONT LISTEN. THEY DONT DO THEIR DAMN JOB. YALL NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES.

They refused to help me with questions of my package that has been delayed for a whole month. After I was picking it up cause on a phone call they told me it was there. They also said they don’t count with any supervisor who can help them if they have inconvenience or problems and I have that on video. Also the Asian lady who works in the evening shift came to me with actitud without even have spoke to her before. YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR HER VOICE SCREAMING IN THE BACK at the beginning of the video while I was waiting for her to help me. And I confront her face she refused to help and she went inside. There’s a co worker telling me she’s not coming back to talk or help.

The mailman comes if and when he feels like it. He loves to leave the mail piled up instead of actually placing it in the mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous

One of the worst customer service calling them last 7 days for one item … keep transferring one to another and holding time are more then 40 minutes…. What type of service it is…..

It says that they open at 8:30am, it was 9:10am and they wouldn't be there and that's everyday, what bad service ?

This location doesn’t open in time. The Google maps AND front door says they open at 8:30. I’ve been standing outside in the rain with a line of other people since 8:36. It is now 9am and they still aren’t open. Either update your hours or hire people AND PAY THEM PROPERLY to get here on time!

They are suppose to open at 8.30. They don't open on time. Most of the days they open at 9. They are inside but they keep the door close till 9. Sometimes after 9

I ordered a package and they said it would be delivered at my house at 6:00pm and when it didn’t arrive at 6:00pm I checked my email and it said it got delivered to a parcel locker. Who does that
