Such rude staff, blaming their customer when the instruction was clearly written on the paper the mailman left behind. Instead of explaining it nicely, she tried to scold people like a child. No wonder they such low rating!

It was my first time shipping something out and i asked the worker a question and didn’t care to explain it to me well and i was standing reading my receipt and a asian lady came and asked “why am i still standing there waiting for the lady that attended me she gave you your receipt” they are so rude
