“Great guys, I'm a truck driver and called a place that had food and was supposed to be open till 2 am and they told me no problem, walked 5 blocks one way and they were closed, this place sign said open tried the door nothing and I didn't know there hours, one came to the door and they let me in even thou they were closed I can't thank you enough”

“I know it's odd to issue a convenient store a 5 star rating, BUT....After living in Marcellus for the last 5 years and having 5 years of gas fill ups, an untold number of hit snacks, untold number of lunch and breakfast grab and go's off the hot bar, a vast number beverages and countless bags of ice... I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience at the Marcellus Speedway.The bathrooms are always clean.The staff is always courteous.The shelves are always stocked and orderly, The coolers are always full.The exterior property is always maintained and free of litter.”

“Very helpful staff every time I go there. I normally do my drug store visits at CVS but I occasionally go to Walgreens (especially when they have one of there excellent sale on 12-packs of Coke). I also go there to pick up Fed Ex deliveries from a company that refuses to do home deliveries and occasionally I just like them for variety. Very cheerful, helpful checkout clerks and they always seem to know where everything in the store is if I can't find something Also, once when I was there I got a surprisingly nasty "paper cut" from the edge of a cardboard container I had picked up and it was bleeding quite a bit. A couple of the staff there were all over me providing salve and a bandage despite the fact that I protested that the whole thing was completely my fault, not the store's fault in any way. SO ... good place to shop.”

“I had recently changed insurance companies and did not yet have my new cards but needed my prescription. I explained this to the Pharmacist, Jason and he told me what information he needed from them. After some time on the phone my insurance company gave me a number for the pharmacy to call. It was almost closing time, but Jason called the number, and it turned out my insurance wasn’t accepted there, but he gave me a list of places that would take my insurance and told me that if they called, he could transfer my prescription over. At first, I was just going to pay the $200 out of pocket for my medicine, believing the insurance company would reimburse it upon me submitting the receipt, but that would not have worked. Because Jason went out of his way to help me, I saved $200.”

“Great Cortland 7-Eleven. Take note! Clean shelves. Hot dogs, chimichangas and wursts hot off the revolving grill. Deals on chips, candy, snacks and cups. Cold drinks, beer, milk. Wide and well lit isles and cleanliness all around. Friendly staff that go out of their way and day to make visitors happy and work hard. Forget the other reviews by locals who come in with dreary vibes.. Separate stations sell nachos with melted cheese, iced coffee and slushees. There are chicken salads and burgers wrapped individually for parties. Excellent picnic starting point or a place to replenish travel food-bags. Review: 5”

“Everything that I was looking for was relatively easy to find. Customer service could have been a little better but wasn't anything that gave me the impression that they didn't care about the customer or the establishment. I cannot give the pharmacy any type of rating, I do not pick up prescriptions for myself at this location.”
“I always go to this gas station because they are always so friendly and I go there quite a bit. Out of all the times I've ever gone there in the past few years and say I've only ever had one girl who must have gotten fired who I just think was a ill-natured person and it wasn't that she was rude or anything but all the rest of them were and are always extremely helpful and friendly. Tell them I said hello and to say thank you for always being so kind and helpful God bless”
