I just left in tears from how I was spoken to from the Pharmacists. We just moved here and had some trouble with prescriptions from our doctors at home getting transferred. We went in to discuss the issues and left with feeling like children and with no answers besides to call our doctors and find a new pharmacy! Thanks ! Not like moving to a new state isn't hard enough!!!

Actually have scripts done when you tell customers they will be ready. I stopped in 20 minutes after the Dr sent my script over. Was told by the person in the drive through that it would be 30 minutes. I asked them if it would actually be 30 minutes, or if it would be longer. They said it would be totally be done in 30 minutes. I came back 32 minutes or so later and was told it would just be a minute. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before someone else came to the window to ask my name and what I was picking up. They told me just one minute and went over to the pharmacist, then the 1st guy came over to the pharmacist as well. The pharmacist then scrambled to get my prescription together. This is not the 1st time I have had this issue with the pharmacy. They have taken several days to fill scripts. During this visit 6 cars were behind me and all of them left. 3 more pulled up and were waiting by the time I was finally helped.

Worst drive through pharmacy. Walgreens was never so inept at handling volume. I’ve been through this drive thru 4 times recently and you need to plan 1/2 hour to get served. Traffic line to the street. I may have to switch to Walmart to get a pharmacy to use while traveling.
