“(Translated by Google) After leaving ithaca, I feel that the gp is not bad hh at least the rental equipment is very new, and there are people to help you wear it. There is no longer a ski resort that can be reached in half an hour(Original)离开了ithaca才觉得gp还不错hh 至少rental装备都很新,还有人帮你穿。再也没有半小时能到的雪场了”
“We have been visiting this gym for over a year now, and overall enjoy the facility. It’s always clean and the equipment is in good condition. One huge downfall is that they have a room for classes, which often fall during peak work out times. During yoga, you are unable to access items in that room, such as certain weights, bands, step ups, and half the squat racks, which can really mess up your work out if you planned to use those items for a work out. Other instructors allow you to quietly step in to grab items to use in the main room, which is super helpful. Would bump to five stars if they found a way to make all items always accessible, otherwise find this facility limited at times.”
“Being military I'm always being moved around. The female with glasses at the front desk in the afternoons helped me with the on boarding. She was extremely helpful and always greets. PF, you have a solid team! I love working out here! Just please fix the cable machine (not a deal breaker).
Thanks!!”
“I joined CrossFit Cortland at a point when I was kind of lost and searching for a new passion and community. The coaches and other members really welcome you in and make you feel at home. There’s a lot of variety in the workouts and they really challenge you to go outside your comfort zone and move your body in new ways. Also the workouts help to push your mental threshold for other hard things in life. At 41 CrossFit has helped to give me a second wind in life and feel like there’s many things I still want to do. Thanks everyone.”
