“We stay in LOTS of hotels. Mostly holiday Inn, Hampton and Hiltons. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have been in for a long time. Well done!!Rooms: I don't expect fancy but I want clean. Not all are!! I always bring wipes and spray and clean bathroom and counters. This bathroom was immaculate!!”

“Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Looking forward to next time. The only drawback was the lines at the elevators at peak times since there were only 2 elevators for the whole place. So give yourself a little extra time to get where you're going and you'll be fine.”

“Nice little hotel off 11 and close to all. Was able to sleep during the day with no problem, as it is quiet. No one bothered me. Couple guest on here complained about the little boy. I think he just hates clothes and is maybe just don’t like feel of them. And he is safe, there is no need for concern with him. He was yelling the first day I was here and hid in my hallway. I opened the door, told him it’s ok and he was calm. I work with people with autism and sometimes they don’t like clothes or the feel of them. He was fine after this. Plus the hotel is warm and toasty and maybe he gets hot. Seems like a nice family and maybe some understanding with the little boy is needed with guests. He does seem to like new guests. The room was very large and had what I needed. I slept good and had no issues. It’s a little older but that doesn’t mean anything bad. The fridge and microwave was new and it was clean. There were no bugs or problems. I slept many hours without issue working nights.”

“great place, easy on an off, in area for work, stayed in norwich 100% do not recommend 100% worth the extra bit of a drive. room was warm upon entering, didn't have previous reservation, front desk was super helpful, an smells of new construction, the front desk talked of updating that they're doing. 4 pillows, beds super comfortable one of the better places we've stayed if not the best. - i travel all over nys for work.Rooms: Super super clean. smelled good, nice bathroom, rooms massive, has desk with chair, a bench, another chair off to side, fridge, microwave, super nice.Safety: 10/10 no issues super quite really nice”

“The room was a good value for the money. The hotel is convenient (it is right of I-81). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet could use a few more item...like bagels, toast, English muffins, etc. And the carpeting in the breakfast area could definitely stand to be cleaned. But otherwise, it was adequate.”
