For what it is and the price it's decent it definitely needs to be renovated and have some TLC work done. My biggest issue that I noticed in my room 110 was the black spot on the ceiling I don't know if it's mold or what besides that the lady at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in.

Looks a little run down but room was ok other than not much hot water for shower. Definitely could use some updates and upgrades.

Staff was very friendly. Room clean, however, leaky tub faucet with corresponding stains. Beds comfortable.
