It was obvious that they were already full of trucks waiting to be serviced so getting in quickly was going to be impossible however they did agree to push me through and tentatively complete repair before the Holiday hit. All the stars lined up in my favor and the transmission replacement was completed by Christmas Eve. This owner is compassionate, knowledgeable, personable and above all professional.
