“We were staying in the area for a fall getaway and I stupidly cracked open our finicky sunroof to enjoy the weather. I then could not get the roof to close and rain was expected. The Coxsackie area is not a booming metropolis, so our options were limited, but we could not be more fortunate that Dr. How's was a short drive away.We showed up unannounced and after a short conversation with Suzanne, the good doctor and Suzanne dropped everything to squeeze us in! They tried a number of methods to reset the electrical, but had to close it mechanically by hand (after Suzanne discovered this last-ditch option after some Googling). We are so grateful that Dr. How worked us into his busy day and Suzanne made us feel at home and gave us peace of mind! We were also delighted by the nominal costs for such a disruptive morning!
