“High quality work. Fair price, and they do little extra things that you don’t expect. You just don’t see this level of service much anymore. You couldn’t do better.”

“Barry was amazing and really went above and beyond. I came in not being 100% sure what I wanted and he was patient and helped show me many options and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When I finally chose the car he gave me clear step by step instructions of what I would need and what to expect. When I was on the phone with my insurance company asking them for the necessary documents needed for signing they told me that I was lucky to be working with such an amazing sales person because most dealerships don’t give their clients all of the information that he gave me and they could tell he was incredible. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy or sell their car”

“I bought my 4th F150 from RC Lacy’s Dealership. Dylan always takes great care of me and makes the experience stress free and quick. I introduced my son to Dylan the same day and he bought a Subaru Crosstrek. It was his first new car purchase and it was fantastic! Thanks, Lacy’s!”

“I was doing an online search for a used driver's seat and console lid for my 2011 Honda Accord and came across Keegan. Anyway, their inventory was accurate; the parts were in excellent shape; was provided with additional pictures to capture every angle of the parts; I paid for the parts on a Monday evening and it was delivered to New Hampshire by Wednesday morning, non-expediated and wrapped professionally. With that said, Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with as he walked me through the whole process, was transparent, offered and delivered additional pics of the parts, and provided me with an exact total cost within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend giving them a call first to see if they have what you're looking for.”

“Great place with knowledgeable mechanics. They have all the latest equipment like a brand new Hunter laser alignment rack, mounting and balancing equipment and much more. The best part is Gary knows classic cars. It is a dying breed of folks that can tune a carb and twist a distributor. The prices are fair and the folks are friendly. They do NYS inspections too.”

“Dee who helped me locate and order wiper blades for my vehicle also leant me a quarter from her person for some candy from the vending machine as I had a craving, but no change on me. Without hesitation she offered money from her own pocket and even warned me of poor reviews of the white bubble gum flavor being odd. A personal anecdote about both of our Hyundai's being FWD in the snow made the conversation comfortably personal and casual. All whilst handling multiple phone lines with grace and obvious professionalism. Top notch customer service experience and I will be returning, not only to pick up my order (which she ALSO CALLED ME TO INFORM ARRIVED!!!!!) but for most of my local automotive needs. Also, props to her coworker for bringing coffee in to share with staff. A minor inventory discrepancy that ive been informed has already been looked into and rectified...thats what burned the 5th star. Keep plugging away, Dee.”

“When I started the journey of ending my old lease and starting a new one at a different dealership, the experience had me completely overwhelmed, dismayed, and stressed out. Kinderhook Toyota was an absolute godsend and completely turned things around in a way that seemed unbelievable. Tim Smith did what can only be termed a phenomenal job, staying committed and communicative, throughout the entire process. The clarity and reassurance was unlike anything that I had experienced with any dealership. Everything was arranged and explained, prior to my car drop-off and pick-up, and the process was seamless. Tim and Isaac had the paperwork ready, and it was all just as had been described to me. They wrapped things up in extremely short order, and there were no surprises or changes. It was simply the best experience with the best people. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them to everyone. Thank you.”

“I've never been here before, but I was at a friend's house right up the road when I noticed one of my tires was going flat. A friend offered to fix it for me and all he needed was the glue. So I stopped in and the guy there who helped me was very nice. I not only bought the glue I bought a repair kit to keep in my truck for any future tire issues. He was even nice to go in the back to check and see if he had a complete kit including the glue, unfortunately he didn't and that's ok. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Check it out! I thought it's a nice little Napa store”
