75 Lake Road Unit A, Congers NY 10920
“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with. I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help. I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate. There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated. The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind! He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance. A great staff and a very well-run store.”

“So. Large package to return via FedEx. Not many drop off locations take package larger than 55 lbs. The Mailbox Store did! Otherwise long drive to a FedEx site. And young manager in Yorktown Heights location was really cool to work with. Sorry I didn't ask his name but, he's a Yankees fan!”

“I am very happy with the service at this post office. The staff always greets me with a smile and quick service. I go there regularly to send out packages and have to say the one employee Ash is always very friendly and welcomes everyone with a smile and wishes everyone a great day as they leave. I will continue to bring all my mail and packages to this location just based on the customer service alone”

“I had a pre-paid UPS package to mail. I don't send a lot via UPS so I found them via Google Maps. There was a line, but it moved really fast and the staff was great at helping people fast without rushing them. Many of us were just dropping off and needed shipping receipts but there was one person who was getting help packing things.”
