“Today I had to purchase a new phone and went to the Verizon at the JV mall. I was helped by Bastiyaan B, who was a very pleasant and educated support staff at the location. He helped me understand the type of phone I was purchasing, how my bill and service fees worked and made the overall experience hassle free and easy. I've been to many Verizon stores and this was easily the smoothest experience I've had. I will only return here from now on”

“I came in with my family to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, and Ricky and David made the entire experience incredible! They helped us switch all of our lines over, transferred all of our information to our new phones, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even took the time to set up Apple CarPlay in my dad’s car and helped us switch our home internet from Optimum to Verizon Fios. On top of that, they clearly explained the insurance options and all of the promotions, making sure we understood everything before we left. The level of customer service, patience, and knowledge they showed was outstanding. This is by far one of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Ricky and David!”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Erica Suscal last week at this store and must say, she was excellent! I have a complicated business account that she helped me with trading IPads, Jet Packs, etc and she couldn’t be more helpful! She took all the time we needed and followed thru on everything she said she was going to do, and feel she should be recognized as you don’t find staff like her anymore!! Thank you again Erica and to her manager Ari!! You have a great crew there!! I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs help with their phones, IPads, etc., even the complicated business accounts!!”

“I found the service given to me by Brian (who i have been a loyal customer of for at least 3 years) and Eric to be top notch. They both deserve a raise a kudos for the terrible condition they are working under right now. There has been consecutive 100 degree days here and apparently their air conditioning hasn't worked in days.”

“Excellent service by the new manager and associate. He let me know about deals I could receive if I switched my plan over and personally cleaned my phone screen to apply a new protector. I didn't even know that was a service lol. Very personable and friendly and will definitely look after their customers.”

“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite!”

He fixed the issue within the timeframe given and at an affordable price. I highly recommend JRC Wireless for any laptop repairs.”

“Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.”
