“I came in with my family to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, and Ricky and David made the entire experience incredible! They helped us switch all of our lines over, transferred all of our information to our new phones, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
They even took the time to set up Apple CarPlay in my dad’s car and helped us switch our home internet from Optimum to Verizon Fios. On top of that, they clearly explained the insurance options and all of the promotions, making sure we understood everything before we left.
The level of customer service, patience, and knowledge they showed was outstanding. This is by far one of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Ricky and David!”

In just 28 minutes, Juan solved an issue that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for nearly three months. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly outstanding.
I want Verizon to know that Juan is not only an excellent salesperson, but also someone with exceptional technical skills who genuinely knows how to solve problems. I am incredibly grateful for all of his help.

“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”

The reason I had visited this phone/phone carrier store, is because I needed assistance with switching from my current phone carrier, (being StraightTalk) to Boost Mobile. (Apparently, to my mother, the phone service carrier/provider happens to be inexpensive, aside from StraightTalk). There was another instance (on April 28th) where my mother and I had to come to this store in having to purchase a new phone, (the Samsung Galaxy A15) considering her old one (the Apple iPhone 6) wasn't working properly...The female sales representative, that we were with from that time, (let's just say her name, is Ariela) she wasn't that much of help when it came with needing to both purchase and setup my mother's new Samsung Galaxy...Just be warned when you happen to encounter Ariela, you are in for an unpleasant time.
Moreover, getting back to my situation for why I had visited Boost Mobile recently was just simply to make the transition from StraightTalk to Boost. The other female representative I was working with, (her name, is Rommy) she was actually kind/pleasant to converse with, (way better than Ariela). Rommy had taken almost every step in having support me with my situation of my phone. Even though the process was somewhat excruciatingly long, we were able to accomplish the issue.
With this being my 2nd time coming to this store, I would definitely suggest having to visit for whichever situation you would be encountering with your mobile phone, whether it is to purchase a new one and/or to make the switch to the service provider on your existing device.”
