Aidan and Luis were friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining everything and both of them were very clear about product details. I appreciate that they went out of their way to get the watch I wanted from another store. Their level of service is rare and gave me an exceptionally positive experience.

Excellent service at this Verizon store! In comparison to any other Verizon store this is the best one. Ronny especially was exceptional!

Aidan was extremely helpful. I had a very difficult problem and he was able to help. I was also impressed but his ability to do at least two things at once and do it well.
