Letβs get Elon Muskβs hands off our Postal Service. Still it beats FedEx by a mile! One of the best shipping services this country has!β

βI'm in here at least 3 or 4 times a week for business & personal needs; and I have to say, it's the only Post Office where it doesn't matter who's working. They're all very friendly and extremely helpful!β

βThe women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees Iβve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience Iβve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly canβt say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! βEvery single worker at this location is knowledgeable and hardworking. From the ladies to the men at the front. Their lines tend to be very long but they remain cool calm and collected. New city is definitely a high volume store and theyβre able to keep the lines flowing. Some of the customers are unkind but the staff remains professional. They even remember your P.O. Box number after many visits. Good guys.β

βLatest closing hours in Westchester -7pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday. Many post offices aren't even open on Saturday in the city! The employees are very nice, caring and consistent faces over the last few years. I really appreciate them and the calm, positive vibe.β

I had to send a package that didn't quite fit in the standard box and he took the time and effort to bend, fold and tape it all together so I could send it. Way more than he needed to do!β
