Put the option to rate the service at the END of the transaction. I went to select print and email and the guy ended the transaction. There are also no pens in the lobby.

Jonish and the two ladies that work there are amazing. The lines can be long; i wish they had more people sometimes. But other than that its a clean facility and i have never had issues
