“What a positive experience I had at the Dansville Verizon store today! I worked with Yvonne to go through setting up my new phone which she had helped me obtain via an insurance claim through Verizon. I wanted to be sure everything would transfer from my older phone and that the new phone would be properly “wiped” before returning it to Verizon. She was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process. What a gift she has with multi-tasking! At one point she was orchestrating a conference call with 3 people in order to help a woman with an urgent need, working with my 2 phones and answered a call from a customer and resolved his issue all at the same time! She remained completely calm while taking wonderful care of her customers without allowing any of us to feel set aside! The store manager, Tom, was also busy but made himself immediately available if Yvonne had a question. In my experience, the store runs like a well-oiled machine! Thank you Yvonne and Tom! Great job!”

“Went for some cold coffee/mocha, but they were unfortunately out of it. Some types of hot coffee were a bit warm, but others were hot. Good variety of add ons for beverages. Breakfast pizza by slice was available. A free muffin coffee deal currently running; but I never asked & they never reminded/asked me about it. So i lost the free muffin, lol. 1 star would have added for the deal reminder & cold mocha”
