“On October 10, 2020 about 5pm, I went here to find one specific item, when I noticed they were all out of this item, so I asked the 2 ladies that were working if they knew when they were going to get more in and one of them said that she would go in the back room to see if they had any more, and she came out with what I wanted, I thanked her and said she deserves a raise, most places wouldn't take the time to do what she did for me...THANK YOU!”

“They have a lot of things that are to the clearance section that shouldn't be there because they're not 50% off and it's not the customers fault. It's Dollar generals fault. They say that everything that is on clearance is 50% off and that is not true. You should definitely keep a very close eye out on your receipt. It is more trouble than it's worth! And coming from me that is saying a lot because I love saving money. The boss at the Verysburg Dollar General ko (Diana) MOST of the time that we were there SHE WAS ON THE PHONE and the way she talks to her employees and treats the customers like we are trying to cheat them is absolutely horrible. She needs to be brought down a couple notches. If she cannot trade her staff well then I do not trust her with treating me well.”
“Once you know the layout, it makes things easier to find the next round. The gentleman who helped me checkout stepped in because he saw a line slowly forming. Very responsive! I couldn't have been in the store for 10 minutes with 9 minutes of that just looking at stuff.”

“Newly built. Clean with nice selection of snacks, milk, eggs, lunch meats, frozen meals, housewares, meds, seasonal, etc. Staff friendly and helpful.
Sign on front door says bathrooms out of service.”
