“Needed a car to replace my existing Hertz rental that was a “hit & run”. All anyone told me was…there are no cars, there are no cars! Peter, the district manager answered the Deer Park phone when I called. He listened and assured he could find a replacement. He did, called it in, put my name and contract #on the key for Monday morning. On Monday I picked up with Matt, who was also terrific. Thank you to these guys who really helped me out!!
