“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “A good experience all round. The staff, in particular Ava and Matt were very helpful with giving us directions and route suggestions. The car was perfectly good enough for our needs and the pick up and drop offs were very helpful. We weren't pressured into taking on extras and the billing was as per the online order. Overall, I would recommend Enterprise in Huntington and hope to come back. Although we are based in the UK, I used the US website, not the UK one and found this worked well.”
