The employee made sure the television's screen wasn't cracked and that it was working properly so I wouldn't have to bring it back. Service, as always, is an A+, something other stores struggle with. “Buying a mattress is an important purchase. You will sleep on that mattress every night, so it has to be right. My son desperately needed a new mattress, so we took ourselves over to the West Babylon Mattress Firm and met Joe who was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to go over all details and give us the best price possible. We had to check on the bed frame to make sure the mattress would fit so I didn't purchase that day. When I was ready to make the purchase, Joe was not working in that store location but he left word with his co-worker Charlie every detail of what we discussed and he was also available by phone. Joe gave me his cell phone if I had any issues and answered my texts when I had a question about delivery. I don't know of another salesman who would do that! Both Joe and Charlie were a pleasure to do business with. Today my son's mattress was delivered by Mattress Firm's Delivery Team. Miguel and Romero were careful when entering my home not to damage anything while carrying the mattress up the stairs and through the house while maneuvering past my curious cat. They were super nice and respectful. If I could give 10 stars to Mattress Firm, I would! I know there are many places on Long Island to purchase a mattress but before you go someplace else, go visit Joe and Charlie at Mattress Firm West Babylon to get personal attention, professional service and the best price. “I went to the Melville location of Raymour & Flanigan and purchased a Henrick rocker with triple power chair. The salesperson was great in shower me various rocking chairs that recline throughout the store. He was very patient, since me and my husband wanted to sit on every chair and try them.”

“Really great experience buying our Casper mattress! We came in on a Sunday pretty close to closing and the employees were incredibly helpful and patient with us. They actually kept the store open an extra 30 minutes so we could take our time, ask questions, and figure out what mattress was right for us.
Everyone was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. We were also hoping to find a mattress we could take home that same day, and they really went out of their way to make that happen. They called other stores to see what was available and kept looking for different options instead of just telling us we’d have to wait for delivery.
In the end, they found a solution where we were able to take the last mattress they had in the store home with us that day. They even helped load it into our car, which was really appreciated.
Honestly, the customer service was the best part of the whole experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to make sure we left happy. We definitely didn’t feel rushed even though they were already supposed to be closing. Really appreciate the entire team going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this Casper location! Huge shoutout to Janelle and the entire Casper team at the Walt Whitman location.
