The employee made sure the television's screen wasn't cracked and that it was working properly so I wouldn't have to bring it back. Service, as always, is an A+, something other stores struggle with. I went back about 2 months later because of their promise that they would refund the difference if your mattress went on sale within a certain amount of time. We'll, mine went on sale and they refunded the difference- no problem at all. Wonderful customer service.”
