Krystal at this Verizon store was incredible. I had spent literally 6 hours on the phone with Verizon support over 2 days, with escalating support levels when they eventually gave up and told me to go to a Verizon store. I was skeptical but Krystal saw the mess they had made of my esim card and fixed it in less than 9 minutes! She was so skilled and professional and nice! Can’t say enough about how grateful I am!

I had a wonderful experience at Russell Cellular in Delhi, N.Y. I had been in there last year but this was like walking into a new store. I was pleasantly greeted and helped. I so appreciate all the assistance from Rachel with setting up my new cell phone. I would have been lost. Crystal was also pleasant and helpful. I love that I can purchase a cell phone and if I have difficulties I can stop back in. Last year the old manager, I believe Beth, could be very up and down with moods Couple times I was worried she was actually on something. That’s not enjoyable and helpful! It was nice to talk with Rachel and Crystal while my cell was being set up and not being lectured about the conversation rate. These girls had me smiling and laughing more than once!. I don’t know how many times the other manager would be sitting in there with the door locked and unless I was actively buying something she’d help me outside. Seeing a new manager, again so thankful Rachel, was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Beth Dinard the store manager was beyond helpful, kind and knowledgeable, as she immediately fixed my phone issue. Also gave me her card so I could call if I had any other questions or issues. Customer service was outstanding! So grateful.

I normally go to a store with lots of display phones, etc, but so appreciated Clair and the other staff in the store. They worked to help get the best possible promotions for me and I left very satisfied. Don’t let appearances of a store fool you, they really were wonderful.

I had a girl who switched my phone to an IPhone 12 Maxx Pro but she didn’t tell me that I would have to pay over $180 worth of one time charges. She kept saying how she was trying to get me done so that she can get to school. I am giving your phone store a 1 for not letting me know about the charges and for the lack of friendly service.
