“The store is awesome as most dollar trees are but the location is sketchy. Its located at the circle in latham so ideally you go around the circle to enter as it's difficult to do so from troy schenectady coming towards the circle”

“Love to visit this location most of the time. One thing that is consistent is the way William jumps through hoops to personally help customers. I have been the recipient of his assistance on several occasions. This last time, today, Sunday August 3, 2025, he maintained his great customer service even as his supervisor/manager spoke unprofessionally and unkindly to him. I applaud him for maintaining his professionalism, regardless of the hostile work environment!!!”
“Lady with short grey hair (maybe the manager?) was BERATING a newer employee named Donna. No one should be spoken to the way this lady was speaking to her new employee. Donna couldn’t speak up for herself due to the mistreatment from her BOSS. Disgusting to see this behavior! Donna was doing an AMAZING job, working fast, trying to stock shelves, helping on register etc. She seemed so hurt and upset by the insults and mockery from her boss, but kept a positive attitude and was helpful to customers as well. I hope she finds a job where her higher ups appreciate her hard work. (Customer even felt bad and said “they need you here” to which Donna responded “no they don’t” it was so heartbreaking.)”
“They have all the items that all the Dollar Tree stores have. But they also have a friendly and helpful staff that has gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. One staff member carried my sister's purchase to the car. My sister is disabled and finds it difficult to walk without her walker.”
“Went to three other Dollar Trees looking for this specific Halloween decorations. Finally got to my regular Dollar tree and there it was !! The staff here are so kind and helpful especially Kira! She was super friendly! Her customer service is exemplary! The nice man at checkout was very nice and helpful!! This will be the only Dollar Tree I will shop at !!”
“Overall, not a bad experience. Aisles a little cluttered. A few U-boats of merchandise around the store, unattended - they should be back in the stock room if no one is unloading them, to make room for the customers. I found everything I needed and then some. Friendly guy at register, although did not have a Dollar General uniform or nametag on (3/14/26 around 3 - 4 PM).”

“The young lady that helped me the other day when I went there to shop I am undisabled on a wheelchair scooter. And she was so attentive. She did her job perfectly helping a disabled person although I can walk sometimes I cannot use my hands or my feet properly I have neuropathy in my whole entire body which is affecting me a great deal now and I want to thank her very much I still have to go back to see her whichever do probably tomorrow but in all reality when you work a job and you'll see it disabled person that needs help whatever you do you must be attentive see help me put my stuff on the counter bag my stuff accordingly the way I needed a bagged and she helped me a great deal her name is nakeyta.”

I also shop for our family needs such as inexpensive Brillo type pads for my husband and what he does They also have inexpensive outdoor holiday and seasonal decorations. I love the Delmar Dollar Tree!!!!!”
