“I bought a beautiful mookite ring at a trade show and was told that the band was silver and it could be sized. It was not silver, but these guys figured out a way to enlarge it enough for me, right there on the spot and I was able to slip it over my ring finger.When I asked what I owed, they told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way.A great experience! But I wanted to leave a review on the absolute joy it was to speak with Robert and Nat(I believe it the very lovely lady who initially helped me at the store.) the entire experience was amazing. “I spent 40 hours doing a deep dive into CVD prices and had a set of earrings picked out online from a seemingly reputable website and even spoke to a live human with an American accent on the phone but something just didn't feel right so I put the online sale on hold and walked into Romanation just to see how comparable the prices were. Online price was $1,150 for the earrings I wanted and Romanation had the same size same cut same metal for $150 more. That's a no-brainer. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more to a IRL jeweler to know my diamonds are real and to have somewhere to go if I have a problem.”

The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me in selecting a different bracelet when the one I initially ordered was out of stock. When I arrived to pick up my order the following day, both the owner and another staff member who was wrapping gifts warmly greeted me, making me feel very welcomed. I also observed them extend the same warm welcome to another customer who entered the store. This happened today 02/14/24 @ 4:30ish. “Annalisa was very helpful. She took her time and honestly answered my (many) questions about each earring before piercing my ears.
I ended up getting 5 piercings. The earrings are good quality (gold and diamond), and the piercing process only took a few seconds each. Well worth it.
The other woman working there, Kyra (sorry, if I misspelled the name) was also pleasant and helpful. She offered me recommendations that were more “local” for me (I’m from nyc).
Overall, great service from both, and so far, no issues with the piercings.”

Rafi was able to blueprint a beautiful unique one-of-a-kind design that included her grandmothers diamonds with a single flawless diamond I was able to choose as the centerpiece.The entire process was fast and efficient, and he informed me of each step along the way. We had great conversation and became friends during what could be considered a stressful process. And if you’re lucky enough, he may even sing you a beautiful tune before you leave. “I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good.
