He is passionate, caring and hard-working. He is so great to the neighborhood kids and treats his customers like family. Tom’s went above and beyond in this transaction… I had ordered the wrong color bike, when I received it I was heartbroken as it was so much darker and drabber than I expected (beautiful dark purplish black, just not my style). I realized I should have ordered the bright blue instead as that’s the one I had been drawn to initially. Tom’s was generous enough to allow me to exchange the bike for the blue one for a restocking fee. I am in LOVE with my new bike, thank you so so much Tom’s! “I’ve been meaning to buy a pair of cycling shoes for years and finally decided to look for some. I stopped at a couple of places but had no luck and I really didn’t want to buy online. Then I remembered Bert’s! At first, I didn’t want to spend too much, but having quality shoes that last was probably more important.
