Adam was more than happy to help and get the bike back on the road. The chain issue he actually fixed on the spot and we didn’t even have to leave the bike.

Tom’s went above and beyond in this transaction… I had ordered the wrong color bike, when I received it I was heartbroken as it was so much darker and drabber than I expected (beautiful dark purplish black, just not my style). I realized I should have ordered the bright blue instead as that’s the one I had been drawn to initially. Tom’s was generous enough to allow me to exchange the bike for the blue one for a restocking fee. I am in LOVE with my new bike, thank you so so much Tom’s!
