Ferguson is a wholesale supply store for business customers only. It is a very helpful supply house with a bit of everything, mainly plumbing related supplies, along with HVAC, tools, and much more. The staff is knowledgeable and provides a friendly attitude. They are responsive and helpful, willing to provide alternative options and detailed information to assist with selections. While generally professional, there can be challenges with customer service during time-sensitive needs, where assistance may be limited, leaving customers to figure out orders on their own. However, the business works to be more responsive and address such concerns.
