They made my daughters birthday so incredibly special and went above and beyond with their customer service. ❤️ They took the time to send another order out at no cost to me due to a third party company not delivering my daughters order to the correct address. They called to confirm that she did receive the second shipment making sure it was delivered on her birthday. I'm forever grateful for the genuine quality and care these ladies provided, despite it not being their mistake. Thank you for making her day so special ?.”

“My group and I had lunch last week at the Nickel Plate, service by Dawn and others was superb. There were eleven older ladies in my group and every one of us loved our lunches! So today I was nearby and a friend and I had a late lunch there. Again service was fabulous and my friend loved her salad and I loved my fries ( a huge bowl for $2 !!!!) and 75 cent wings!! Available after 2 pm on Wednesdays!!”

I burn tarts everyday in my house and I love the intensity of the scents I purchase. They make it easy for you to choose your scent by having them in categories ranging from light to heavy scent strengths.”

“In 2018 I got a giant golden retriever plush for under $70. It made my mom so happy when she was in a nursing home for rehab. Every visitor had to pet him, it spooked the night at first because he looked real, and even brought joy to her roommate. To some people this is just a store that didn't sell everything they wanted. To me it is the place where I got something that made my mom happy for a couple weeks about two months before she died.”
