“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

However, we decided to come to Ashley after being recommended by her coworkers. We were instantly greeted and provided with some helpful information. The salesman, Willie, who helped us was fantastic. He was very kind and knowledgeable, but also gave us our space which we appreciate. We ended up finding something we loved and the process was super easy. Our experience overall was very pleasant and we can’t wait to have the couch in our home!”

The store is adorable and smells great and I have no doubt I'll find some beautiful, revived pieces and decor with fair prices. The customer service is already above and beyond! You can tell Mandi is passionate about her craft and upcycling is great for the environment!”
