“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault.This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error.If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”

“Overall I'm happy with the convenience of the Pods. I had to have them move and store my things while my house got built. To only have to theoretically move once, was worth the money. Had an issue online with getting the Pods delivered. That was a big hiccup but, they rectified it. I'd use them again.”
