“Great customer service!

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person who was helping me, but he was super patient with me while I was trying to fix my trailer light connector, and even provided me some tools to make my suffering and embarrassment faster and easier.

I was able to fix my connector really quick (thanks to his cutters and electrical grease), and this great guy installed the towing dolly and explained how to use it before and after I get the car on it. Also, he was super nice with explaining how to return this dolly after store closes.

I was able to return the towing dolly on the same day after store closed by using their U-Haul app. It took me 5-10 minutes, and I received a receipt right after I submitted all the pictures of the dolly.

Great experience and even better people working there!

“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault. This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error. If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”
