It was awful, they took most of the deals, fruits were spoiled, some vegitables where also spoiled. Last week most chicken was green and it was on display, some beef looked brown. Just bec they put in starbucks does not make it right to gouge prices it is frowned upon in any store or market. Also their letting go most of their employees. What kind of service are the customers going to get, besides bad service. I have been going to this store for manny years and i am disappointed in disbelief.

I just moved & this store is the closet to me, but unfortunately, I only go there when I’m
in punch bc their prices are outrageous!! One example , 12 cans of pop is 10.29! Same pop at Wegmans is 5.98, and Walmart 5.88, Amazon 6.57. Unless it’s a good sale, they price gouge.

I came to run into tops. No I dont grocery shop here as they have very little gluten free stuff and I can go to wegmans and have a bunch of options. I did run in for cat treats and normally they are pretty good and I can grab the ones he likes. This time the pickings were slim. And they didn't have his wet cat food. This time either. I would say go if you need a couple fast things and you can find them. Their staff is not super friendly, but they are okay. This is just not my first go to place as Wegmans, Aldi. Whole foods and Trader Joes are so much better. And even Target is getting impressive with their grocery items and better quality foods than Tops.

The deli staff/prepared food workers are extremely rude. So tired of feeling like I’m bothering them. Most miserable people I’ve ever met. Management either doesn’t know or doesn’t care and both are troubling

Everytime we go in this Store its very UNORGANIZED! Have same name brand items in 7 different locations, it takes long time to find what you need ,I hope you improve your management and organize your store and put the locations of the item in easiest way.

Since corporate took over this tops which was family owned things started to go down hill , product's no longer available that used to be there produce lesser quality but prices skyrocketing would advice to shop Wegmans or Dashes I'm done with this Tops by the way delly counter has less employees then in the past and no one there at 7pm and they say they are open till 9pm plus workers who should be taking care of costumers doing other tasks This is not a place who cares about costumer satisfaction. I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.

Easy transfer of medication after rite aid went out of business. They have no problems filling my medication. The store is always clean.

A decent sized grocery store. It has what you need and it's clean. There have been times where I noticed the fruits and vegetables are being sold when they're already going bad but this is rarely compared to what I've experienced in East Aurora's Tops which thankfully that has more recently improved

oldr man working up front is very rude... yelling at teenagers... unhelpful... just nasty in general... unpleasant place would be nicer if the workers didnt seems so miserable but i cant blame them if thats how the big men talk to them... miss this place before the corperate offices took over lost all its charm and friendlyness...
