“I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”

“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault.This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error.If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”
