i have been here several times now for various diagnostic/repairs. a couple of times they were able to get my car in and out sooner than expected. they may not always come across as friendly over the phone or in person, but not only might that change the more you interact with them over time (because it has for me), the things that might be more important to you in the moment-pricing, work, estimates of time needed to make the repairs-you know overall work ethic, for that they are usually more honest, fair, and accurate than not.
bottom line, this shop might not be great for your personality or your emotional needs, but there's a good chance they're gonna be great for you with respect to your car, your wallet, and your busy life. so maybe just call em or bring em your car by 0800 m-f.”

“Family member backed into a fire hydrant on a dark and stormy night. Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”
“They did an excellent job on my Crosstrek which unfortunately needed a new engine. It was obvious through the whole process that these people know what they're doing when it comes to Subarus. I have had the car for a year now and it hasn't skipped a beat-- you would never even know all that work was done on it (which is a good thing!). Price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work done.
If you have minor or major problems with your Subaru, I would recommend taking it to this mechanic to having it checked out.”

All staff, Tony back in the day, Bella currently, and of course Mary Lou who holds it together on the daily— they all have been kind to be clear and direct for timely service needed and to consult a customer even if beyond any initial needs.
Service handled with care and precision, clear invoicing, fair pricing compared to local competitors. This said; if you are a local to this shop, easily the best around.
Also rentals! They have Hertz on hand if service overcomes a weekend, or in a pinch whatever it could be.
