6050 Sheridan Drive, Buffalo NY 14221
“Innocent victim of someone backing their Tahoe into my driver's side back door while I was parked for dinner. I looked up the insurance company info from the one that hit me and they had the worst Google reviews I've ever seen. Dave and Allstar took care of all the red tape. It's like nothing ever happened to my car. And I didn't have to deal with the insurance company. Thank you!!”

“old school, no frills shop. i have been here several times now for various diagnostic/repairs. a couple of times they were able to get my car in and out sooner than expected. they may not always come across as friendly over the phone or in person, but not only might that change the more you interact with them over time (because it has for me), the things that might be more important to you in the moment-pricing, work, estimates of time needed to make the repairs-you know overall work ethic, for that they are usually more honest, fair, and accurate than not. bottom line, this shop might not be great for your personality or your emotional needs, but there's a good chance they're gonna be great for you with respect to your car, your wallet, and your busy life. so maybe just call em or bring em your car by 0800 m-f.”

“They did an excellent job on my Crosstrek which unfortunately needed a new engine. It was obvious through the whole process that these people know what they're doing when it comes to Subarus. I have had the car for a year now and it hasn't skipped a beat-- you would never even know all that work was done on it (which is a good thing!). Price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work done. If you have minor or major problems with your Subaru, I would recommend taking it to this mechanic to having it checked out.”

369 Niagara Street, Buffalo NY 14201
“I’ve been visiting this service facility since 1999, Niagara St or West Tupper before closing. All staff, Tony back in the day, Bella currently, and of course Mary Lou who holds it together on the daily— they all have been kind to be clear and direct for timely service needed and to consult a customer even if beyond any initial needs. Service handled with care and precision, clear invoicing, fair pricing compared to local competitors. This said; if you are a local to this shop, easily the best around. Also rentals! They have Hertz on hand if service overcomes a weekend, or in a pinch whatever it could be. Cheers to Sammy, Salvatore. We miss you but so glad the legacy lives on.”

“I used to live on the west side a few years ago and got everything done there. THese guys are great. Affordable prices, will work with you, and are honest. I am happy to be back in the area so I can start to take mine back again as some places are very dishonest. No one likes to have to get work done but Kamco makes the experience not so bad. Having my gf of many years take her car in there and I know she is in good hands.”

“My 1960 Morris Minor needed a tow, which was in a difficult spot to get to. It was not a problem for these folks. I was really impressed with how they got it done, and the care they took with my classic car. I guess they have a lot of experience with that in particular. To top it all off, they were just really positive, happy people to deal with. I highly recommend them.”

“I honestly cannot thank Andrew and the entire team at MERJ Fleet Services enough for how I was treated during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever experienced. After my vehicle was involved in a serious accident, I was overwhelmed with everything that comes along with the insurance process. From day one, Andrew treated me with professionalism, respect, patience, and genuine compassion. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained the process clearly, worked with me on on everything and every step, corrected paperwork immediately when I noticed a clerical error, and even allowed me the opportunity to thoroughly photograph my vehicle before it was loaded so I could properly document everything for my insurance claim. At no point did I feel like I was “just another customer.” I was treated like a person going through a difficult experience, and that made a tremendous difference. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Andrew absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help turned an incredibly difficult situation into one that was much easier to navigate. If you ever find yourself needing a towing or vehicle storage company, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend MERJ Fleet Services. They earned my trust, my respect, and this five-star review. Thank you again, Andrew, for everything you did for me. It truly meant more than you probably realize. — Brandon Mante”

“I cannot say enough great things about this shop and the professionals that work there! About 5 years ago they worked miracles on my car after a nasty accident and it came home looking brand new. This morning I called about fixing a nasty scrape on my front bumper and was told to bring it on in this afternoon for a quote. They looked it over right away and fixed it that afternoon! This will forever be the only place I bring my car for collision work! Amazing customer service!”

“As a business and property owner, we were tired of having cars block our driveway and park unlawfully in our lot on weekends. We tried other tow companies, and they have been the first to monitor our lot and tag cars not authorized to park here. All these negative reviews, let me remind folks that if you are TRESPASSING it is your own fault if you get your car booted or towed. Grow up and stop whining about things you brought on yourself. Thanks Scott and Mark for keeping our Lot clear.”
