“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault.This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error.If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”
“Uhaul is great to use for its convience and different options offered. In the process of moving, rented the 19.99 truck plus 99 cents for mileage fit everything one load. Check in process was simple, its nice they offer different box options, totes, and other packing supplies based on your needs. Just be sure to check to see if you need a dolly...its avilable for $7 which is reasonable...doesnt work well with plastic totes. Overall, great experience and customer service.”

“Needed a van to return a mattress to Sam's club. We were able to get into a van right a way. Needed it for 4 hours . Yes too people trying to move a mattress took 4 hours. But the experience was amazing. Van drove great, did the job we needed.”
