Starter failed on our 2009 Nissan Armada while on vacation. It was replaced the same day! If you know where the starter is in this vehicle, you know that’s worth a 5 star review by itself!
David’s Star Automotive accurately and clearly quoted costs and there were no surprises. Payment options and warranties were clearly presented with no pressure! I highly recommend their services, and I would trust them with my vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Before the starter failed, I had noted one of my tires was a little low on air pressure. After picking up the vehicle, I stopped to put air in that tire but it was full! When I thanked the owner, he explained that was standard practice for them!
After we got home from vacation, we received a thank you card for choosing their service which includes a 10% off labor coupon!

“Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I will only ever rent from Enterprise and they continue to prove why. From check in to return the guys were excellent. I had to make a long journey to Florida back in January and ran into trouble along the way home. There was a little delay in getting help due to the time of day but I eventually made it home. This office was so accommodating and kind during the whole ordeal. Highly recommend!”

“Got the truck I ordered. It was clean and pristine. Ended up keeping it another day which was easy to take care of online.
Be aware of the mileage they give you, I ordered 60 miles at $1.09 a mile then found out they gave me 60 miles with the reservation. I drove 43 miles and was never given anything back or credit for the unused miles.
Not a big deal to me but definitely worth watching for in the future.”

I can’t lie: dealing with U-Haul on the phone and online left a lot to be desired, and they really made what should’ve been a very simple transaction as difficult as possible. When I was finally able to get my rental pick up at this location, James treated me with respect and actually saved me money. The next time I have to rent a truck like this again, this location is the only place I will use, and I will make sure that I only deal with James.”
“I was in Canada , when error codes popped up on my dash. I called this Ryder dealer and they told me we'll take a look at it as soon as you get here. Within 5-10 minutes of my arrival , they had their laptop plugged in diagnosing the problems. They ended up having to give me a substitute unit. I noticed a couple problems someone probably didn't report when whomevet used it and returned it . When I brought it to the Service Managers attention , he had a mechanic jump right on the issues. That's what I call Customer Service ..!!”
“The team at the Bailey Budget were amazing with our rental. The rental process was easy and when we had a small engine issue on our trip to Canada, the team really went above and beyond. Steve and team organized a tow to cross back into the US and had 4 of their staff meet us on a Sunday at the building to personally help load our stuff from the old truck to the new one. That type of quick pivoting and help was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the team there without a doubt.”

“Very convenient location if moving to town to live/work at Henry Ford Hospital and nearby The Boulevard Apartments. The location is safe but a bit confusing as there are residents sitting on the porch who have nothing to do with the business and are not very communicative. The agent at this location found my iPad (after I reached out via a 1-800 representative) which had fallen down the back of the seat and was not visible to me whilst executing the drop off process. She was very patient with my multiple phone calls to coordinate with my daughter for retrieval of the iPad! I am so impressed with the service during this issue! Thank you!”

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person who was helping me, but he was super patient with me while I was trying to fix my trailer light connector, and even provided me some tools to make my suffering and embarrassment faster and easier.
I was able to fix my connector really quick (thanks to his cutters and electrical grease), and this great guy installed the towing dolly and explained how to use it before and after I get the car on it. Also, he was super nice with explaining how to return this dolly after store closes.
I was able to return the towing dolly on the same day after store closed by using their U-Haul app. It took me 5-10 minutes, and I received a receipt right after I submitted all the pictures of the dolly.
Great experience and even better people working there!

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”
